How do I send money?

It’s easy –

  2. Choose or set-up a new recipient
  3. Choose send amount and pay securely using your debit/credit card or bank transfer
    .     

Your recipients can pick up the money instantly, or you can have it deposited into a bank account of your choice (subject to bank opening hours). 

We have pick up locations all over the country, from our own branches to our agent locations. There’s always a branch close by, and our Customer support team are always on standby to guide you to your nearest cash pick up location.  

Cash pick-ups are available instantly (subject to funds availability in your payment account, and subject to passing Soni Transfer fraud checks). Deposit to bank accounts will be done on the same day subject to your chosen bank’s operating hours. 

Our charges are as low as £1 for sending up to £5000, and there are no hidden charges.
